Customers may request a cancellation of their flight booking based on the airline’s terms and conditions. Since we are a third-party travel agency, all cancellations are subject to the individual airline’s refund and cancellation rules. Service charges and convenience fees paid to Go Aero Fly are non-refundable.
Refund eligibility depends entirely on the airline’s policy. If the airline approves a refund, the amount (after deducting applicable service fees and airline charges) will be credited back to the customer’s original payment method within 7–21 working days.
If a passenger fails to show up for the flight without prior cancellation, the booking will be treated as a "No-Show". In such cases, no refund will be applicable as per airline rules.
Any changes to flight bookings (such as date, time, or passenger details) will be subject to the airline’s rebooking policy. Additional fees and fare differences may apply.
In case of flight cancellations, rescheduling, or delays by the airline, refund or alternative arrangements will be provided as per the airline’s policies. Go Aero Fly will assist customers in processing claims with the airline.
