Our role is limited to facilitating bookings between customers and airlines. All flight operations, schedules, onboard services, and airline-specific rules are the sole responsibility of the airline. Customers must agree to the terms and conditions of the respective airline in addition to these terms.
By accessing our website or making a booking, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, legally authorized to enter into contracts, and capable of bearing responsibility for your travel decisions. If you are booking on behalf of someone else, you confirm that you have the authority to act on their behalf and agree that they will also be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
All bookings made through Go Aero Fly are subject to availability and confirmation by the airline. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. Prices displayed on our platform are dynamic and may change without prior notice due to airline policies, demand, or currency fluctuations.
Customers may request cancellations or modifications to their bookings in accordance with the airline’s rules and restrictions. Go Aero Fly cannot override airline policies. Refund eligibility, timelines, and applicable fees are determined by the airline. Service charges collected by Go Aero Fly are strictly non-refundable. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all details provided at the time of booking (including names, travel dates, passport information, and contact details) are accurate. Go Aero Fly will not be responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
Failure to appear for a booked flight without prior cancellation will be considered a “No-Show.” Airlines may impose penalties, including forfeiture of the full ticket value. No-shows are non-refundable.
Go Aero Fly shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, rescheduling, overbooking, baggage loss, accidents, or any other operational issues caused by airlines. Our responsibility is limited solely to facilitating bookings and providing customer support. Under no circumstances shall our liability exceed the amount paid by the customer for the booking service.
Customers may use our website only for lawful purposes and personal travel bookings. Any unauthorized use, including fraudulent transactions, automated scraping, or misrepresentation, is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to cancel suspicious bookings and deny service without prior notice.
Go Aero Fly reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country in which Go Aero Fly operates. Any disputes arising out of the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that region.
